Product Description
ACEY-AS11S is an 11-channel cylindrical battery sorting machine for cell testing and matching before battery pack assembly. It combines PC-based control, a motion controller, precision servo motors and a HIOKI BT3561A battery tester to automate feeding, testing, sorting and collection.
Cells are loaded through the hopper and feeding chute, then sorted into collection channels according to the configured test criteria. Rejected cells are collected separately. The system supports test data analysis, storage and production report generation, helping operators manage cell batches and review sorting results.
The machine can operate independently or connect with an automatic insulation paper application machine. Barcode scanning and MES integration support data collection and transfer within a battery pack production workflow.
