ACEY-BCT5200-32P battery formation and capacity grading machine is designed for the formation and capacity grading processes of prismatic lithium-ion battery cells.
The equipment measures key parameters such as battery voltage and capacity during charging and discharging, then uses the test results for battery grading, data analysis, storage, and production data sharing. Each battery channel is independently controlled and equipped with an individual constant-current and constant-voltage source, allowing different channels to operate without interfering with each other.
The system can be controlled through computer software or operated through the equipment control panel. During testing, battery voltage, current, time, capacity, operating status, and abnormal conditions can be displayed in real time.
A four-wire test interface is used for accurate electrical measurement, while the modular system design facilitates equipment maintenance.

Energy-Feedback Working Principle
ACEY-BCT5200-32P lithium battery charge discharge machine uses a bidirectional power conversion structure for battery charging and discharging.
During battery charging, AC power is converted into DC power through the bidirectional power supply, and the constant-current control module performs battery charging and measurement.
During battery discharge, the process operates in reverse. The discharged battery energy is converted from DC to AC through the bidirectional power conversion system and can be fed back into the AC power distribution system.
This energy-feedback design allows discharged battery energy to be reused rather than simply dissipated during the testing process.
