ACEY-3753A ultrasonic wire bonding machine is a high-precision welding equipment designed specifically for the assembly of power batteries, energy storage batteries and various lithium battery modules. It is mainly used for reliable connection between aluminum busbars and battery tabs.

Working Principle

Ultrasonic waves from the ultrasonic generator generate high-frequency vibrations through the transducer, which are then transmitted to the wedge via the amplitude transformer. When the wedge comes into contact with the lead wire and the workpiece to be welded, the surfaces of the metals to be welded rub against each other under the action of pressure and vibration. The oxide film is destroyed and plastic deformation occurs, causing the two pure metal surfaces to come into close contact, achieving atomic-level bonding, and ultimately forming a strong metallic bond.

• The welding pressure is automatically controlled, and the powerful ultrasonic power guarantees stable and reliable welding quality.
• The equipment features dual-point welding (first and second welding) capabilities, significantly reducing solder joint resistance and improving reliability when welding large-area power devices.
• Using quick clamp clamping, single button start, easy and safe for personnel to discharge materials.
• Left-in and right-out can be used for online multi-section track transmission, which can be directly connected to the production line.
