Product Description
ACEY-AS11S 11-Channel Cylindrical Battery Sorting Machine is designed for automatic testing, sorting and matching of cylindrical lithium-ion cells before battery pack assembly. It combines PC-based control, motion control, servo drives and a high-precision battery internal resistance tester to manage cell testing, data processing and multi-group classification in one system.
The machine supports 14650, 18650, 21700, 26650 and 32700 cylindrical cells. Sorting parameters can be adjusted for different production requirements, while product changeover can typically be completed in approximately 15 minutes.
With a production capacity up to 4800 cells per hour, the system is suitable for battery pack production where consistent cell grouping, production data management and process traceability are required.
