ACEY-GS200A Automatic Single-Sided Pneumatic Spot Welding Machine is designed for series and parallel welding of cylindrical lithium-ion cells during battery pack assembly. It is suitable for battery pack manufacturers requiring stable, repeatable and programmable spot welding of nickel strips and battery cell connections.
The machine combines a three-axis motion platform, servo motor control, pneumatic welding mechanism, sensors and motion controller to provide accurate positioning and consistent welding performance.
It supports AutoCAD data import, array programming and manual programming, allowing welding paths to be configured efficiently for different battery pack layouts.
