ACEY-GS200A Compact Automatic Spot Welding Machine is designed for series and parallel welding of cylindrical cells before battery pack assembly. It supports 14500, 18650, 21700, 26650, and 32700 cells, with module sizes up to 400 × 300 × 200 mm. The machine supports AutoCAD data import and welding point tracking. Its current monitoring system records welding current and provides alarms for weak, false, or missed welds. Single-, double-, and triple-point welding modes are available, with adjustable weld pitch.
