Product Description

ACEY-BA6060-6 60V 60A regenerative battery cycler tester is designed for programmable charging, discharging, cycling and aging tests of rechargeable battery packs and modules.

The system provides an adjustable output voltage range of 10V to 60V and a current range of 100mA to 60A. It is suitable for battery cycle life testing, capacity testing, charge/discharge characteristic testing and temperature-related performance testing.

The tester is configured with 6 completely independent test channels. Each channel can run its own programmed charge/discharge conditions, allowing multiple battery packs to be tested simultaneously under different test procedures.

With programmable CC, CC-CV, discharge, rest and cycle steps, the system supports customized test sequences and multi-layer cycle nesting. Test data including voltage, current, capacity, energy and temperature can be monitored and analyzed through the control software.

The system also adopts a bidirectional power conversion architecture for battery charge/discharge testing and integrates power modules, control modules, data acquisition, thermal management and PC-based data processing into one testing platform.
