Product Description

ACEY-BA10020-24 Lithium Battery Pack Aging Machine is designed for batch aging, charge/discharge cycling and capacity testing of rechargeable battery packs and modules.

With 24 independently controlled test channels, the system allows multiple battery packs to be tested simultaneously while maintaining separate charge/discharge programs and test records for each channel. The charge and discharge voltage range is 10–100V, with adjustable current from 100mA to 20A and a maximum continuous output power of 2000W per channel.

Users can program constant-current charging, CC-CV charging, constant-current discharging, resting and cycling according to different aging requirements. Multi-layer cycle nesting and up to 9999 cycles are supported for repeated battery aging and cycle testing.

The system also records voltage, current, capacity, energy and other test data throughout the aging process. Test results can be displayed as cycle, process and detailed data, and exported to Excel or chart files for further analysis.
