Description 

ACEY-BT10040-4 is mainly used for testing the charging and discharging cycle of finished lithium batteries.The equipment has four test steps: charging, discharging, shelving and cycling. By editing the corresponding step, the battery can be tested according to the set process.

 Equipment Function 

• Charging and discharging function: with constant current and voltage charging function, constant current discharging function, charging and discharging of the battery, recording the battery capacity.
• Charging and discharging interface: fully meet the requirements of battery pack charging and discharging with the same port and charging and discharging sub-port, i.e. 2 wires (P+ P-), 3 wires (P+ P- C-) and positive plate charging protection, negative pole charging protection. 3 wires (P+ P- C-) and positive plate charge protection, negative plate discharge protection of power tool batteries (CH+ P+ P-).
• Checking voltage protection:detecting whether the battery charge protection and discharge protection are working by charging and discharging the battery.
• Safety protection:anti-reverse connection protection function, power-down data protection, support continuous measurement, voltage upper and lower limit setting protection, and
• safe discharge current protection.
• Online mode: the instrument can be connected to PC through serial port for single unit or less than 5 units; for more than 5 units, a network connection mode is adopted and a network port is provided at the PC side to control up to 30 units.
• Control system: The software system adopts the classical and mature C/S mode, with two modes of communication: serial port can achieve accurate communication of several instruments in short distance, and network can achieve accurate communication of multiple instruments in long distance.
