Product Description
ACEY-BA10050-24 Battery Charge Discharge Aging Machine is designed for programmable battery pack charge/discharge aging, capacity testing and cycle performance evaluation. It provides 24 completely independent test channels, allowing each channel to operate according to separately programmed test conditions.
The system supports a 0–100V charging voltage range, 10–100V discharging voltage range, and adjustable charging and discharging current from 100mA to 50A. It can be used for ternary lithium, lithium iron phosphate, lead-acid, nickel-metal hydride and nickel-cadmium battery packs, and supports both common-port and separate charge/discharge port battery configurations.
ACEY-BA10050-24 Lithium Battery Pack Aging Machine supports constant-current charging, constant-current/constant-voltage charging, constant-current discharging, resting, stopping and programmable cycle testing. Test data can be monitored and recorded for battery capacity, charge/discharge characteristics and other performance parameters.
