ACEY-BA6030-20 Battery Pack Aging Tester is designed for charge-discharge aging, capacity verification, cycle-life testing, and performance evaluation of rechargeable battery packs.

It supports ternary lithium-ion, LiFePO₄, lead-acid, NiMH, and NiCd battery packs, including battery packs with common or separate charge and discharge ports. The system provides an adjustable 9–60V voltage range and 100mA–30A current range, making it suitable for battery packs used in vacuum cleaners, power tools, electric scooters, and other battery-powered products.

Each cabinet provides 20 fully independent test channels, allowing different charge-discharge conditions and test procedures to be programmed for individual channels.
