Product Description

This battery charge discharge test equipment performs high-precision multi-channel charge and discharge testing to measure the voltage, current, capacity, and other performance parameters of the batteries. Based on the test results, the batteries are classified into different grades, effectively ensuring the consistency of cell capacity.

System Features

1. Single-point independent control: Each battery has a completely independent constant current and constant voltage source, ensuring stable and shock-free operation. It uses a 2-channel programmable constant current and constant voltage control module.
2. The equipment is controlled by an STM32 microcontroller and connected to a computer for operation. It can save all test data and curves, and can also be operated directly through the device's keypad to set the process, complete testing, and perform sorting.
3. Real-time monitoring and display of each battery's status. If an abnormality occurs, the channel will stop working and the indicator light will illuminate.
4. Features power-off protection; upon power restoration, it can resume the original work process.
5. Uses field-effect transistors for power control, suitable for batteries with lower discharge voltages, such as lithium iron phosphate batteries.
6. Employs a graphical user interface, which is intuitive and clear. It simultaneously displays data such as voltage, current, time, and capacity for each battery, and can display different colors to indicate corresponding working states and abnormal conditions.

Energy-feedback Function

• When the battery is charging, the bidirectional power supply converts AC power into 14V DC power, and the constant current board controls and monitors the battery charging process;
• When the battery is discharging, the process is the reverse of charging.  The constant current board first raises the battery voltage to 15V, and then the bidirectional power supply converts the DC power back into AC power, which is fed directly into the factory's AC distribution network, thus achieving energy feedback from the battery discharge.
