ACEY-BCT560-64HP lithium-ion cell grading machine is designed for cell formation and capacity grading with a built-in energy recovery function to minimize energy loss during charge and discharge cycles. The recovered energy is reused within the system, contributing to lower operating costs.
It supports testing of cylindrical, prismatic, and polymer cells, delivering precise monitoring of voltage, capacity, and related data to support consistent manufacturing and quality control processes.

Equipment Features

1. Each channel operates independently with a dedicated constant current and constant voltage source, ensuring stable output without current or voltage spikes.
2. The system is controlled by an STM32 microcontroller and communicates with a PC. All test data and curves can be stored on the computer. The unit can also be operated directly via the built-in keypad to set test procedures and complete grading tasks.
3. Real-time monitoring of every channel is available. In case of abnormal conditions, the affected channel will automatically stop and trigger an alarm indicator.
4. Power-off protection is included. After power restoration, the equipment can resume the previous testing process.
5. The power stage uses MOSFET devices, making it suitable for low-voltage discharge applications, including lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) cells.
6. The graphical user interface is clear and easy to operate. It displays voltage, current, time, capacity, and other parameters for each channel simultaneously. Different colors can be assigned to indicate operating status or fault conditions.
7. Measurement accuracy reaches 0.05%, with a data sampling interval of 1 second, ensuring reliable and stable performance.
