ACEY-SVS200 is designed for secondary vacuum final sealing of pouch lithium batteries. It integrates vacuuming, pouch piercing, gas removal, and heat sealing in one machine, helping improve sealing consistency and obtain a flatter finished battery after formation.

The standard machine is suitable for pouch batteries up to approximately 200 mm in length and 120 mm in width, with a sealing thickness range of 60–300 μm. The sealing width can also be customized according to specific battery and process requirements.

Yes. The sealing temperature can be adjusted from room temperature to 250°C, the heat sealing pressure from 0–7 kg/cm², and the sealing time from 0–99 seconds. The working chamber can reach a vacuum degree of ≤ -96 kPa when connected to a suitable external vacuum pump.
