ACEY-BCT560-64P Lithium Battery Charge Discharge Machine is equipped with 64 channels and customized flat-head clamps, with optional alligator clips available. It is suitable for testing the voltage, capacity, and other performance parameters of cylindrical cells, prismatic cells, and pouch cells. The system provides stable and accurate testing performance for battery capacity grading and quality evaluation.

  • 64 independent testing channels for stable and accurate battery testing.
  • Each battery has an independent constant-current and constant-voltage source, ensuring stable operation without current impact.
  • Controlled by STM32 microcontroller and connected to a computer for data collection, curve recording, and process setting.
  • Supports manual operation through the equipment keyboard panel for test process setup, parameter display, and sorting operation.
  • Real-time monitoring and display of each battery status.
  • Abnormal channels will stop automatically, and the indicator light will turn on for quick identification.
  • Power-off protection function allows the equipment to continue the previous testing process after power recovery.
  • MOSFET power devices are used, suitable for low-voltage discharge batteries such as LiFePO4 cells.
