ACEY-MS03 is a manual OCV and internal resistance testing machine specially designed for cylindrical batteries, prismatic lithium batteries, and pouch cells.

Unlike conventional testing equipment that is usually designed for only one battery format, ACEY-MS03 is developed to support all three battery types on one machine, meeting the testing needs of different lithium battery applications.

The operator manually places the battery into the testing position. After pressing the dual-hand start buttons, the cylinder automatically presses or clamps the battery. The internal resistance tester then collects and records voltage and internal resistance data, while the display shows the corresponding grading result. After testing, the cylinder automatically releases, and the operator removes the battery manually.

The machine is suitable for battery manufacturers, laboratories, pilot lines, and battery pack assembly applications requiring multi-format battery testing.
