Solution Overview

ACEY semi-automatic drone battery pack assembly line is designed for the production of high-performance pouch cell battery packs used in UAVs, agricultural drones, surveying drones, inspection drones, and other unmanned aerial systems.

The complete solution covers cell capacity grading, voltage and internal resistance sorting, tab cutting, tab welding, BMS testing, pack comprehensive testing, and charge-discharge aging. *Which welding method is more suitable for drone pouch batteries?
