Product Description
ACEY-PTC560 is a semi-automatic tab cutting machine designed for polymer lithium batteries. It is mainly used for trimming the positive and negative tabs before welding the protection board (PCM/BMS).
The machine uses manual loading and unloading. After the battery is placed, the machine automatically completes positioning, clamping, tab cutting, and scrap collection.
Compared with traditional manual cutting, ACEY-PTC560 tab cutter can cut both positive and negative tabs at the same time while avoiding short-circuit risks during operation. The machine has a compact structure, simple operation, stable performance, and low maintenance requirements, making it suitable for battery pack production lines, laboratories, and small-batch manufacturing.
