Product Description

ACEY-SLW-200-4T laser spot welding machine is used for the welding of the tabs of polymer battery packs in series and parallel, such as tablet battery/ipad battery welding, smart lock battery pack welding, double-piece polymer battery series and parallel welding, etc.


Equipment Advantages

  • Replace traditional soldering to avoid detachment caused by high temperature, save tin material costs, and improve the stability of the battery pack.
  • Substitute traditional resistance welding process to enhance the quality of the battery pack.
  • Utilize a 4-station turntable design and robotic arm feeding function to significantly increase production efficiency.
  • Precision pneumatic fixtures can ensure close contact between the connecting piece and the battery tab, avoiding false welding.
  • Adopt a galvanometer scanning method (during laser spot welding, the XY axis module and the welded product do not need to move) to achieve high stability and efficiency.
