Product Description

The laser spot welder is used for tab welding of mobile phone batteries and polymer batteries, suitable for nickel and nickel-plated steel materials, employing lap welding and penetration welding methods.

Equipment welding process

Manually load the battery into the fixture → Manually place the PCB protection board into the fixture → Adjust the position of the fixture and the press mechanism → Set program and adjust solder joint position → Step on the foot, cylinder down pressure, laser spot welding → Spot welding completes cylinder lifting and rotating disc rotation
