Product Overview
ACEY-SS11 is an automatic cylindrical cell processing system that combines insulation paper sticking, battery testing and 11-channel sorting in one production line. It is designed for cylindrical cells such as 14650, 18650, 21700, 26650 and 32700.
The equipment automatically feeds the cells from a hopper, applies an insulating paper ring, performs the configured electrical tests and sorts the cells into corresponding collection channel according to the test results. Defective cells are automatically identified and sorted into the designated NG channel.
Battery test data can be analyzed, recorded and uploaded to an MES system for production traceability. The insulation paper sticking machine and sorting machine can operate independently or be connected as an integrated production line.
With a processing capacity of up to 4800 cells per hour, ACEY-SS11 is suitable for cylindrical battery pack manufacturers requiring efficient insulation, testing, grading and cell matching.
