Product Description
ACEY-LWM6000Z Enclosed Laser Welding Machine For Lithium Ion Batteries combines a dedicated welding area with programmable motion and localized fume collection. The customized enclosure houses the gantry platform and accommodates the operating controls, viewing interfaces and extraction connections. Ducting connects the welding area to a separate fume extraction unit.
A 6000W continuous fiber laser supplies energy to the galvanometer welding head. The gantry positions the head between battery connections, while the galvo directs the beam along the programmed weld pattern. Operators can edit welding graphics, adjust process settings and recall saved programs for recurring production jobs.
CCD monitoring provides a live view for setup and process observation, while red-light positioning assists with locating the welding area and setting the working distance. The model has passed third-party safety and EMC testing in accordance with EN 60204-1, EN 60825-1, EN IEC 61000-6-4 and EN IEC 61000-6-2.
Product Highlights

Frequently Asked Questions
*Does the CCD system automatically locate the welding points?
Standard CCD monitoring provides process viewing for setup and observation. Automatic visual positioning and software compensation are optional functions.
*What busbar thickness can the 6000W laser weld?
Welding capability depends on the busbar material, coating, thickness of each layer, terminal design and required joint performance. Representative samples should be evaluated to establish suitable settings for the actual connection.
*Can the machine save programs for different battery modules?
Yes. The welding software supports graphics editing and process-data storage and recall. Saved programs can be selected for recurring jobs, with settings checked against the loaded workpiece and fixture.
*What information is needed for a customized quotation?
Please provide the module dimensions, cell format, terminal layout, busbar materials and thicknesses, joint drawings, target output, loading method and factory layout. Include requirements for fume extraction, automatic positioning and production line integration.
