Product Overview
Battery connection welding requires access to the joint, a suitable weld pattern and controlled energy delivery. ACEY-CLW1500W Cantilever Laser Welding Machine brings these functions together in a cabinet-mounted system with a flexible cantilever arm.
The operator positions the welding head over the connection area, while the galvanometer directs the beam along the programmed pattern. Graphics-processing software supports pattern preparation, and the output energy waveform can be adjusted according to the material and joint requirements.
The machine uses water cooling and operates on AC 220V ±10%. Its reinforced cabinet provides a rigid work surface, combining welding equipment and workspace in one installation.
