What preparations need to be done before using the vacuum drying oven?

1. The vacuum drying oven oven is placed on the indoor dry ground and work surface, and no other fixing devices are required.

2. A knife or an air switch should be installed in the power supply line for the exclusive use of the vacuum drying oven, and a wire with a thickness twice the cross-sectional area of the power cord should be used as the grounding wire.

3. Before powering on, check the electrical performance of the vacuum drying box, and pay attention to whether there is an open circuit or leakage.

4. When everything is ready, you can put in the test sample, close the door of the vacuum drying box, and open the exhaust valve if necessary, with a gap of about 10mm.

5. After connecting to the power supply, the heating switch can be turned on, and the HASUC vacuum drying oven will turn the temperature setting dial to the required working temperature value.

6. Pay attention to the standardization of operation.

7. When the temperature rises to the required working temperature, adjust until the green light turns off, and then make fine adjustments until the green light turns on again. The constant temperature point is where the light turns on and off alternately. At this time, the knob can be fine-tuned until the green light turns off. Keep it at a constant temperature (it is likely that the temperature will continue to rise at a constant temperature, which is due to the influence of residual heat, and this phenomenon will stabilize in about half an hour). When the temperature in the working chamber of the vacuum drying oven is stable (the so-called "constant temperature state"), the temperature controller can be adjusted slightly to improve the accuracy of temperature control, and any working temperature can be selected by this method.

8. When the vacuum drying oven is at a constant temperature, the high temperature switch should be turned off, and only one set of electric heaters should be left to work, so as to avoid excessive power and affect the constant temperature accuracy. When the working temperature is less than 150 ℃, only one set of heaters should work, and the high temperature switch should be turned off.
