Working Principle

Special Notes in the Use of Planetary Ball Mill

1. Please make sure the driving voltage is supported by the equipment and operate with the correct voltage;

2. Do not operate with wet hands to avoid accidents;

3. In standby mode, please turn off the power supply of the equipment to prevent accidents. If it is not used for a long time, you can unplug the power cord;

4. Before use, please make sure that the equipment has been filled with lubricating oil. The gear will be extremely worn after working for a long time without lubrication;

5. After placing the ball mill tank, please press the pressure bar and tighten the screws to avoid the risk of the ball mill tank being thrown out;

6. the rotating speed should not be too fast, and pay attention to controlling the pressing force of the pressure rod to avoid fragmentation. Do not open the cover of the equipment while working

Maintenance of the Ball Mill

1. Please add lubricating oil to the gear of the equipment regularly according to the actual use intensity;

2. Please regularly check whether the screws to all parts of the planetary disk are fixed well;

3. Keep the equipment components dry and clean, and clean the ash layer frequently;

4. Please place it indoors in a dry and ventilated place.
