Simply, li-ion battery grading is cell capacity grading or sorting, performance screening and grading. When the battery cell is being graded, the data of each detection point is obtained through computer management, so as to analyze the data such as the capacity and internal resistance of these batteries, and determine the quality grade of lithium battery. This process is called cell grading. After a batch of lithium batteries are made, although the size is the same, the capacity of the batteries will happen to be different. Therefore, each battery must be fully charged according to the specification, and then fully discharged according to the specified current. The capacity of the battery is the time taken to discharge the electricity multiplied by the discharge current. Only when the tested capacity meets or exceeds the designed capacity, the lithium battery is qualified, while the battery less than the designed capacity cannot be regarded as qualified.
