Product Description

ACEY-PSLC10 Automatic prismatic cell sorting machine with laser cleaning integrates high-precision voltage and internal resistance testing with a laser cleaning system, combining cell grading and surface preparation into a single process.

Designed for prismatic lithium cells, the sorting machine automatically sorts batteries according to preset OCV (Open Circuit Voltage) and IR (Internal Resistance) parameters. Simultaneously, it performs laser cleaning on cell terminals to remove oxide layers and contaminants prior to the assembly process. This integrated configuration improves welding consistency, reduces contact resistance, and enhances overall battery pack reliability. The machine is applicable for EV battery, energy storage battery, and lithium battery pack production lines requiring high automation and continuous operation.

  • Compatible Cell Dimensions: Length: 90–300 mm, Width: 12–85 mm, Height: 90–300 mm.
  • Sorting Channels: 9 OK channels + 1 NG (No Good) sorting channel.
  • Control System: PLC control system integrated with linear modules.
  • Laser Cleaning Module: Equipped with a 200W MAX pulsed laser source for terminal surface preparation.
  • Testing Integration: Manual loading combined with automatic testing. Internal resistance testers are optional (Hope or Hioki brands available).
  • Code Scanning: Integrated barcode and QR code scanning functionality (Hikvision or Keyence options available).
  • Process Automation: Fully automated sorting and data collection process to minimize manual intervention.
  • MES & SPC Compatibility: Optional MES system interface to record battery QR code data and test results in real time, automatically generating SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis reports.
  • Throughput / Speed: Maximum sorting speed of 10–12 PPM (Pieces Per Minute), increasing production efficiency by more than 3 times compared to manual sorting.
