ACEY-HRCDS-6V500A-4CH Lithium battery life cycle tester is mainly used in life aging test and quality control in battery production or experiment including lithium-ion batteries, lead-acid batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, etc. Energy feedback type, bidirectional energy saving of charge and discharge, saving a lot of power consumption expenses.

  • Energy feedback (optimal grid efficiency of 70%): Energy feedback type, both charging and discharging are energy-efficient, saving significant electricity costs and reducing air conditioning expenses caused by heat dissipation.

  • DL dynamic load protection function: Effectively protects batteries during charging and discharging, preventing sparks and avoiding current surges caused by loose connectors, thereby safeguarding battery components such as MOSFETs and fuses.
  • Voltage clamping function: During charging, clamps the voltage to a safe level in case of battery protection activation or equipment abnormalities, preventing damage to the battery or battery protection board.
  • ECD & EVD protection: Avoids and identifies batteries that activate protection under unqualified conditions, stopping charging or discharging prematurely.
  • Rich software features: Includes "working condition simulation testing" and "charge-discharge testing," paired with a professional data analysis software platform, enabling rapid data analysis during R&D testing. Working condition simulation testing supports the import of condition files (Excel format, time-current, or time-power modes) for millisecond-level test verification.
  • Third-party device control support: Controls devices such as environmental chambers during testing, with related test data saved together to meet battery testing requirements (optional, third-party protocols required).
  • Capacity calibration function: Designates a specific step's discharge capacity as a benchmark for current and capacity judgment conditions in various cycle tests.
  • RSOC capacity recharge testing support: Uses the charge/discharge capacity from the previous cycle (or cumulative capacity from earlier steps) as a benchmark for setting capacity judgment conditions in the next step.
  • Cumulative capacity SOC function (AH calculator): Calculates real-time cumulative capacity based on preset cell capacity, serving as a step judgment condition.
  • Single-channel automatic Excel export: Defines relevant time nodes/export paths to automatically generate Excel files for the corresponding channel.
