1. The furnace does not heat up

Solution: The power supply voltage is normal, the controller works normally, the ammeter has no display, and the common fault is that the electric furnace wire is open circuit. You can check it with a multimeter and replace it with an electric furnace wire of the same specification. If the power supply voltage is normal and the controller cannot work, you can repair the switches, fuses and the travel switch of the furnace door inside the controller. If the furnace door of the electric furnace is not closed and the controller cannot work, please refer to the controller manual for the maintenance method of the controller failure.

2.The furnace heats up very slowly

Solution: The power supply voltage is normal, the controller works normally, and the common fault is that part of the electric furnace wire is disconnected. You can check it with a multimeter and replace it with the same specification of the electric furnace wire. The power supply voltage is normal, but the working voltage of the electric furnace is low. The reason is that the voltage drop of the power supply line is too large or the contact between the socket and the control switch is not good, which can be adjusted and replaced. The power supply voltage is lower than the normal voltage, and the heating power of the electric furnace is insufficient. The three-phase power supply is out of phase, which can be adjusted and repaired.

3. The furnace temperature is abnormal

Solution: The reason for this is that the thermocouple is not inserted into the furnace, causing the furnace temperature to be out of control. The graduation number of the thermocouple is inconsistent with the graduation number of the temperature control instrument, which will cause the furnace temperature to be inconsistent with the temperature displayed by the temperature control instrument.

4. The furnace door is not well sealed

Solution: The reason for this situation is that the spring is loose. It is only necessary to adjust the spring positioning screws on both sides of the furnace door to replace the spring.
