Product Description
ACEY-SP1200 Prismatic Battery Cell Stacking & Compression Machine is designed for stacking, alignment, and compression of prismatic lithium battery cells during module assembly. It is widely used in energy storage and EV battery pack production lines.
Operators manually place end plates, thermal insulation plates, and individual cells onto the stacking platform in sequence. After stacking is completed, the system is activated. A PLC-controlled servo electric cylinder performs the compression process with real-time feedback from a pressure sensor. The machine stops automatically when preset force or stroke limits are reached.
After compression, steel band strapping is carried out manually. Once fastening is completed, the cylinder returns to its standby position, finishing the stacking and compression cycle.
