Description
ACEY-CBS-1 is a compact hydraulic crimper for sealing all types of cylinder cases in battery R&D labs. The compact body design allows it to be easily placed inside a glove box and thus preventing contamination of the electrolyte materials during cell assembly. Simple operation with safety protection feature allows customers to master the sealing procedure within 5 minutes. It is mainly used for 18650 cylindrical battery sealing process after grooving.

*Built-in safety overflow oil valve, the pressure can be adjusted according to the needs, and the upper limit of the pressure can be set at the same time, to prevent the damage caused by the excessive pressure caused by the misoperation, and to ensure the safety of the machine.
