Description

Hk3561 battery internal resistance tester: is a high-precision, high-stability AC micro-resistance tester, also known as battery tester and battery internal resistance tester. The instrument adopts the four-wire vector test principle, which can measure the AC resistance and DC voltage of the product under test at the same time. The voltage sampling adopts the differential measurement principle, which can accurately measure the open circuit voltage. The resistance resolution can reach 10uΩ, and the voltage resolution can reach 1mV. It is very suitable for testing various energy storage batteries such as lithium batteries, power batteries, lead-acid batteries and alkaline batteries, etc., judgment of deterioration, life evaluation and UPS online testing.

It has a professional sorting function, with 30 groups of stored data, and various sorting alarm settings and outputs, which can quickly and automatically determine whether the battery's internal resistance and voltage are qualified. It is suitable for the inspection, sorting and factory inspection of products on the product assembly line.

Standard RS232 communication interface, optional RS485 interface, used for remote control and data collection statistics and analysis; optional Handler (I/O) interface. Suitable for automatic sorting system.
