Product Description

ACEY-PCT540-128 battery capacity grading machine is used to test voltage and capacity of polymer batteries and features energy regenerative capabilities.

Equipment Workflow
The equipment is connected to a computer for control, sending commands and collecting data. A keyboard allows for manual operation and displays parameters and status. The constant current board, controlled by the CPU, maintains constant current and voltage. When charging the battery, a bidirectional power supply converts AC power to 14V DC, which is then used by the constant current board to control and monitor the battery charge. When discharging, the process is the reverse of charging: the constant current board first raises the battery voltage to 15V, and then the bidirectional power supply converts the DC power to AC, which is then fed directly into the factory's AC distribution network, thus regenerating the discharged battery energy.
