ACEY-BCT506-256H li ion battery capacity tester has advanced structure, reliable performance, easy operation and high efficiency. It is used for battery formation, capacity grading and performance testing with extremely high cost performance. It is an indispensable production and testing equipment for lithium battery manufacturers, capacity division manufacturers and scientific research institutions.
System Features
1. Each channel has a completely independent constant current and constant voltage source, which is stable and shock-free.
2. The equipment is controlled by AVR single-chip microcomputer and connected to the computer. It can save all test data and curves. It can also be operated directly through the keyboard of the equipment to set the process to complete the test and sort.
3. Real-time detection and display of the status of each battery. If there is an abnormality, the channel will stop working and the indicator light will be on.
4. It has a power-off protection function. After the call comes, it can continue to run the original workflow.
5. The power tube uses a field effect tube, which is suitable for batteries with lower voltage discharge, such as lithium iron phosphate batteries.
6. The graphical operation interface is adopted, which is intuitive and clear. It displays the voltage, current, time, capacity and other data of each battery at the same time, and can set different colors to display the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions.
7. It is recommended that users equip each computer with a UPS power supply to prevent damage to the computer or data during a power outage; each computer can be connected to a maximum of 10 devices to avoid affecting the computer operation.
Equipment Structure
The structure of this equipment is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. 1 CPU board, unified transmission control for the whole cabinet.
2. 32 eight-channel constant current boards, evenly arranged in four doors.
3. 16 charging switch power supplies with two output groups, each supplying 2 constant current boards.
4. 2 keyboard boards, front and back double-sided operation.
5. A total of 64 trays, tray depth 180mm, epoxy board insulation, each tray 4 channels, support battery pole width within 65mm; each channel can be connected to 1 drag 6 or 1 drag 8 parallel fixture formation.
