Application

Features

1. Streamlined design, electrostatic plastic spraying on the surface of cold-rolled steel plate on the shell, stainless steel inner container, and easy cleaning without dead angle design.

2. Radiant heating mode to make the temperature division uniform and stable, so that dry articles are heated evenly.

3. The equipment adopts microcomputer PID control, with automatic temperature control, timing, over-temperature alarm, liquid crystal display, accurate temperature control, stable and reliable.

4. The box door is equipped with a large viewing angle observation window as standard, and heat insulation technology is adopted to make the temperature of the observation window within a reasonable range.

5. The studio adopts fixed shelf ear rest, which can adjust the height and quantity of shelves.

6. The use of insulation technology and insulation materials, so that the temperature in the box is not easy to lose, so that it reduces energy consumption and energy saving.

7. A set of condenser is installed at the front end of the vacuum pump. The water or solvent volatilized by a large amount of materials in the box can be condensed and stored in a liquid state in the tank. Only a small amount of water or solvent is sucked into the vacuum pump to prevent the vacuum pump from rapidly halogenating and protecting the vacuum pump. The condenser is mainly used to collect water and solvent and protect the vacuum pump. (This option).
