Product Function

1. Each channel operates independently for charging/discharging and battery characteristic testing, programmable via software for current and voltage control within range.
2. Includes reverse connection, abnormal voltage/current line detection, power-off, overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature protection to ensure test safety.
3. Supports user-defined steps, variable programming, and multi-level loop nesting for complex test sequences.
4. Each channel has an independent programmable CC/CV source and can run test steps separately or in groups.
5. After power failure or communication loss, the system automatically resumes the interrupted test step.
6. Detects abnormal voltage/current fluctuations, triggers alarms, and pauses testing when limits are exceeded.
7. Built-in log system records full test history and exceptions for traceability and analysis.
8. Allows selection and comparison of multiple cycles and curve combinations for in-depth data visualization.
9. Smooth current ramp-up prevents instantaneous surge and thermal shock to batteries or connectors.
10. Seamless constant current to constant voltage switching with no impact or overshoot, protecting battery PCBs.
11. No current spikes during step start or CC–CV transition; ensures stable test performance.
12. Even if the protection board fails or disconnects, pulse voltage at the battery terminal remains below 10V.
