Product Description
ACEY-HLW3000W 5 in 1 handheld metal laser welding machine is designed for lithium battery and battery pack welding. A dual-axis galvo system is integrated into the welding head to control the laser path, allowing stable welding of aluminum, copper, nickel and other commonly used battery connection materials.
The machine can be used in both handheld and cantilever modes. Handheld operation provides greater flexibility when working around large battery packs, while the cantilever configuration provides additional support when the welding position needs to remain stable.
An 8-meter welding cable gives operators more working range around large products such as EV battery packs, energy storage battery assemblies and other large battery modules.
Two Welding Modes
Handheld and cantilever modes can be switched according to the application.
Dual-Axis Galvanometer Welding Head
Unlike a conventional fixed laser welding head, ACEY-HLW3000W uses a built-in dual-axis galvanometer system.
High-speed mirrors control the movement of the laser beam inside the welding head, allowing the welding path and scan pattern to be adjusted through the control system.
This design provides several practical benefits:
5-in-1 Multifunction Capability
Depending on the selected configuration, the machine can support multiple laser processing functions in one system.
1. Lithium Battery Welding
Designed for welding battery connection materials such as:
Actual welding performance depends on material composition, joint structure, surface condition, thickness and laser parameters.
| Recommended Welding Thickness | |||
| Output Power | Copper-Aluminum Clad Sheet → Aluminum | Aluminum → Aluminum | Copper → Copper |
| 1500W | 1–2 mm | 1–2 mm | 0.5–1 mm |
| 2000W | 1–2.5 mm | 1–2.5 mm | 0.5–1 mm |
| 3000W | 1–3 mm | 1–3 mm | 0.5–1.5 mm |
The above values are recommended reference ranges. Actual weldable thickness varies with material grade, joint design, penetration requirement, welding speed and process parameters.
Programmable Welding Parameters
The machine is equipped with a touchscreen control system for setting and storing welding parameters.
Depending on the operating mode, parameters such as the following can be adjusted:
This helps the machine handle different welding conditions, including:

FAQ
*What materials can the ACEY-HLW3000W weld?
The machine is mainly used for aluminum, copper, copper-aluminum clad sheet, nickel, stainless steel and iron. For lithium battery applications, copper and aluminum connections are among the most common applications.
*What is the difference between handheld and cantilever welding?
Handheld mode gives the operator more freedom to move around large or irregular workpieces. Cantilever mode supports the welding head mechanically and is more convenient for repeated welding at a workstation.
*Which power should I choose: 1500W, 2000W or 3000W?
The selection mainly depends on the material, thickness, joint design and required welding penetration. For thicker aluminum or higher-production welding applications, a higher-power configuration may be required.
