When the lithium battery cell leaves the factory, the cell factory will carry out capacity test on each cell, so as to divide the cell into three grades: A,B and C. Then on what basis are they divided?

Class A: capacity, size, internal resistance, voltage and other parameters can meet the standard and excellent performance of the cell is generally defined as class A.

Class B: the capacity, size, voltage and other parameters in the production process have a small error or slight defects, but the excellent performance of the cell is generally defined as class B.


Grade C: in the production process capacity, size, internal resistance, voltage and other parameters are not qualified, and the performance of the defective product cell is generally defined as grade C; Such cells are cheap and are generally used in knock-off brand products.

Therefore, the cell factory is just divided by grade, we buy back the voltage of the cell resistance and so on are just a generic value, divided into not fine enough, need a more precise instrument for subdivision, the resistance voltage of the same cell points together. The resulting PACK will be of better quality and more durable.
