Product Description

ACEY-BA60300-6 battery charge and discharge tester is designed for battery pack capacity testing, cycle life testing, charge/discharge performance testing and aging verification.

The system provides 6 fully independent test channels, with a voltage range up to 60V and charge/discharge current up to 300A per channel. It is suitable for lithium-ion, LiFePO4, lead-acid, NiMH and NiCd battery packs, including both common-port and separate charge/discharge port configurations.

High-Current Testing with Smooth CC-CV Control

During charging and discharging, the system uses soft-start current control to reduce sudden current impact on the battery pack and connectors.

For CC-CV charging, the transition from constant current to constant voltage is performed smoothly without significant current spikes. The same soft-start control is applied during discharge startup.

Data Monitoring & BMS Communication

The test software records voltage, current, capacity, energy, power, temperature and cycle information during the test.

Test data can be displayed as curves and exported to Excel for further analysis.

Optional communication interfaces include:
CAN / RS485 / SMBus / I²C / HDQ / SPI

The system can also read BMS parameters such as individual cell voltage, temperature, current and capacity.
