System Features

1. Single point independence, each battery has a completely independent constant current and constant voltage source, stable and impact-free. Adopt 2-channel programmable constant current and constant voltage control module.
2. The equipment is controlled by STM32 single-chip microcomputer and connected to the computer. It can save all test data and curves. It can also be operated directly through the keyboard of the equipment to set the process to complete the test and sort.
3. Real-time detection and display of the status of each battery. If there is an abnormality, the channel will stop working and the indicator light will be on.
4. It has power-off protection function. After the call comes, it can continue to run the original workflow.
5. The power tube adopts field effect tube, which is suitable for batteries with lower voltage discharge, such as lithium iron phosphate batteries.
6. The graphical operation interface is adopted, which is intuitive and clear. It displays the voltage, current, time\capacity and other data of each battery at the same time, and can set different colors to display the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions.
7. The software is powerful and the human-machine interface is friendly.
8. Four-wire test interface to ensure high measurement accuracy.
9. Modular design concept, easy to maintain.

Equipment Workflow

  • The equipment is connected and controlled by a computer to send instructions and collect data, etc;
  • The keyboard can manually operate the equipment and display parameters and status;
  • The constant current board is controlled by the CPU and has constant current and constant voltage functions;
  • When the battery is charging, the bidirectional power supply converts the AC power into 14V DC power, and the battery charging control and detection are realized through the constant current board;
  • When the battery is discharging, the process is opposite to charging. The battery voltage is first increased to 15V through the constant current board, and then the DC power is converted into AC power through the bidirectional power supply and directly fed into the factory's AC distribution network, thereby realizing the energy feedback of the battery discharge power.
