Product Description 

ACEY-120A salt spray corrosion test chamber is used to test the corrosion resistance of various materials after surface treatments, including coatings, electroplating, organic and inorganic films, anodizing, rust-preventive oils, and other anti-corrosion treatments.


Characteristics

  1. Imported gray and white P.V.C board system, special treatment to resist corrosion. Plastic steel V-shaped frame with stainless steel tube angle placement, to ensure that the test object into 30 degrees oblique angle, six wheels glide, can be pushed.
  2. Fine workmanship, beautiful appearance, high transparency, pneumatic opening lid.
  3. Adopt automatic/manual water refilling system, with automatic/manual water refilling function when the water level is insufficient. The experiment is not interrupted to meet the diversified environmental requirements of guests. (Automatic water replenishment can be accessed only from the tap water pipe)
  4. Nozzle: spray tower with conical disperser, with the function of guiding mist, adjusting the amount of mist, and evenly falling mist, etc.

  10. The inner and outer box is connected to the sealing groove, using water seal. Prevent salt spray from leaking out.
  11. Imported temperature controller using digital display, PID control, error ± 0.1 ℃.

Neutral Salt Spray Test (NSS) International standards require testing with a 5% saline concentration. Dissolve one 500g bottle of sodium chloride in 9500ml of pure water and stir evenly. The solution pH should be between (6.5 ~ 7.2). 24 hours of Neutral Salt Spray testing is equivalent to 1 year in the natural environment.
Acid Salt Spray Test (ASS) Add approximately 10~15ml of glacial acetic acid to the neutral test saline solution, adjusting the pH to 3.0. The solution becomes acidic, and its corrosion rate is about 8 times faster than the neutral test. 24 hours of Acid Salt Spray testing is equivalent to 3 years in the natural environment.
Copper-Accelerated Acetic Acid Salt Spray Test (CASS) Add approximately 10~15ml of glacial acetic acid to the neutral test saline solution, adjusting the pH to 3.0. Then add copper chloride at a ratio of 0.26g/L (2.6g for 9500ml of saline solution), mix uniformly, and add to the test machine. The test temperature is 50°C. Its corrosion rate is about 8 times faster than the neutral test. 24 hours of CASS testing is equivalent to 3 years in the natural environment.
