ACEY-PS6 automatic prismatic battery sorting machine provides six sorting grades (5 OK + 1 NG) at speeds of up to 1,000 cells per hour. It combines manual loading with automatic inspection, code scanning and sorting to support cell matching before battery pack assembly. Internal resistance testers from different brands can be configured to meet customers’ measurement accuracy requirements.
