Application and function
Scope of application of ACEY-BT:
ACEY-BT series charge and discharge test equipment is mainly used for lithium battery pack charge and discharge cycle test.
Test items:
battery charging protection voltage, discharge protection voltage, capacity, etc. The device has four test steps of charging, discharging, shelving, and cycling. By editing the corresponding steps, the battery can be tested according to the set process.
(1) Charge and discharge function:
It has constant current and constant voltage charge function and constant current discharge function, which can charge and discharge the battery and record the battery capacity.
(2) Charge and discharge interface:
fully meet the requirements of the battery pack charge and discharge port and charge and discharge port, that is, 2 wires (P+ P-) and 3 wires (P+ P-C-). At the same time, it can age the electric tool battery (CH+ P+ P-) with positive plate charging protection and negative plate discharge protection.
(3) Check the voltage protection:
by charging and discharging the battery, check whether the charging protection and discharging protection of the battery work.
(4) Safety protection:
anti-reverse connection protection function; voltage upper and lower limit setting protection; safe discharge current protection;
(5) On-line mode:
If there is a single instrument or less than 5 instruments, it can be connected to the PC computer through the serial port; if more than 5 instruments are connected in the network mode, the PC computer only needs to provide one network port to control less than 60 instruments.
(6) Control system:
The software system adopts the classic and mature C/S mode. There are two communication methods: serial port and network. The serial port can realize accurate communication of several instruments in short distance, and the network can realize accurate communication of multiple instruments in long distance.
(7) Host computer software:
Based on Windows operation interface, it uses SQL database to store test data, which greatly facilitates the staff to query data online and export data. According to the battery barcode, time, and device number, you can view the charging and discharging aging curve and export the curve at the same time picture.
*The battery can be charged as long as the battery is in the test range, avoiding the problem that the charger can only charge a specific type of battery.
