Product Description
ACEY-6010C battery heavy object impact test machine places the test sample battery on a flat surface. A 15.8mm diameter rod is placed crosswise at the center of the sample. A 9.1kg weight is dropped onto the sample from a height of 610mm. Each sample battery is subjected to only one impact, with a different sample used for each test. The battery's safety performance is tested by using different weights at different heights and over different force areas. Tests are conducted according to regulations, and the battery should not catch fire or explode.
