Product Introduction
ACEY-HSM5035C shrink tunnel machine conveys film-wrapped products through a heated tunnel to shrink the film around the product. Its stainless steel heater and hot air circulation system supply heat throughout the shrinking chamber. Conveyor speed and chamber temperature can be adjusted to suit the film and product requirements.
The machine supports PE, POF, PVC and PP shrink films. Its tunnel measures 1,800 × 500 × 350 mm (L × W × H), with an effective passage of 400 × 300 mm (W × H). A chain roller conveyor transports products through the tunnel and supports a maximum load of 25 kg.
Double-layer heat insulation and heat-resistant insulating curtains help reduce heat loss. The machine also includes fault alarms for phase loss, phase sequence errors and short circuits.
