Equipment function:

5)With corrective tension control unwinding, tape receiving platform;

9)The electric booster system adjusts and controls the lifting of the oil cylinder through the man-machine interface touch screen to drive the lifting of the rolling roller;

10)Constant pressure automatic control, through the man-machine interface adjustment to change the roller oil pressure;

11)The roll movement value is displayed by the man-machine interface screen;

12)The man-machine interface input adjustment changes the clearance of the oil pressure to the roll of the roller machine.

How to work:

Tension unwinding → correction → belt platform → trimming dust removal (dust collection) → pole piece buffering → rolling (upper and lower rollers with brackets) → pole piece buffering → correction → tension winding
