Rolling mill is the main equipment in the continuous rolling production line. It consists of cast steel gantry frame, roll, variable frequency motor reducer, gas-liquid pressurization system, clearance adjustment system, electrical control system, feeding guard plate and roller surface cleaning mechanism.
The main function is to make the pole piece under the rolling of the roll, so that the pole piece reaches the appropriate compactness, and according to the coating thickness to meet the requirements of the pole piece thickness. This equipment adopts servo to adjust the roll gap, and the linear speed is adjusted by frequency converter to realize stepless speed regulation.
