Product Description

ACEY-BA100100-12 high-performance battery aging machine offers a stable and fully adjustable output voltage of 8V–100V and current of 500mA–100A, making it ideal for battery manufacturers, EV/HEV systems, research institutions, and charging stations. It supports battery module production testing, high-current charge and discharge evaluation, performance analysis, and routine maintenance. Key features include cycle life testing, capacity measurement, charge/discharge profiling, and temperature characteristic testing—providing a comprehensive solution for battery performance assessment.


Equipment Composition

The system mainly consists of a power supply module, an AC/DC voltage conversion module (bidirectional AC/DC inverter), a control module, a power module, a cooling system, a data acquisition system (for single cell voltage, total voltage, current, and temperature), an upper computer data processing system, and a cabinet structure.
