What Warranty and Training Services Do You Offer?

We provide a 12-month warranty for all equipment, along with free lifetime online technical support to assist with operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.


We also offer free training at our factory, where your staff can receive hands-on instruction from our engineers. Training covers equipment setup, operation, routine maintenance and common troubleshooting procedures. It can be arranged before shipment and continues until your operators are familiar with the equipment and related processes.
