Semi-Automatic Lines: Equipment typically includes cell capacity grading and sorting machines, stacking and compression machines, laser cleaning and welding machines, BMS testers, battery pack comprehensive testers and charge-discharge aging equipment. Operators handle material transfer and selected assembly steps.

Automatic Lines: The line integrates cell OCV/IR testing and sorting, automatic stacking and compression, polarity inspection, laser cleaning, busbar laser welding and EOL testing. Casing assembly, air tightness testing and MES traceability can also be incorporated according to project requirements.
